At Luxury Perfumes, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every signature scent. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened fragrance bottle in its original designer box and use the protective bubble wrap provided to ensure the glass remains intact during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid boutique shipping label sent to your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the seal is unbroken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
